What size should I order?
Our styles are cut in a generous, relaxed fit designed for warm weather. Check our Size Guide for measurements and fit tips. Important: XL is not the same as 1XL, and XXL is not the same as 2XL — always check the guide before ordering!
When will my order arrive?
We ship from Nashville, TN. Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely — full-price styles can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Sale items can't be returned. Full process on our Delivery & Returns page.
Are your fabrics really pure cotton?
100% yes — no polyester, no rayon, no nylon. Ever. Every garment is pure cotton or linen, designed and tested specifically for hot, humid weather. Once you wear it, you'll never go back to synthetics!
Where are the clothes designed and made?
Every print and design is created by Kim Van Loo in her studio in Australia, inspired by her 10 years living in the Caribbean. They're then manufactured by our fourth-generation family manufacturer in Delhi, India — a partnership we've trusted for over 12 years, certified by the Indian government annually.
